Who of Them is the Bad Guy?

At the same time as the US Illegal Internet Gambling Act is broadcasting the news with stories of money and the world wide web, such a great number of people question what the actual difference between online gaming and online trading is.

Two people are hanging in their workplaces both risking their money online, one is violating the legislative norms, the other one is not. One of these two people is a day dealer, and no matter how you look at that, that businessman is venturing his money for the risk to get back more money. I think that both men are using the Internet for the same aim. Nonetheless, the one that is gambling online is currently taking part in a criminal business. Why banned? Since Government of the USA is not getting a single cent of profit from the online gambler. The Government only levies tax money from the day e-trader.

Every day residents of the USA lose billions of dollars on dealing with paper holdings, which are not based in Wall Street business centers, but from their family rooms. This kind of common men are not highly-qualified stock dealers, and they do not hold any legal permission - still they do not have any legal difficulties to carry on their illegal business.

To tell the truth, the single actual differing feature between trading on internet and online gambling is the amount of revenues the US Government receives from the businesses: Online trading = much money; Online Gambling = no money and lots of online casino bonus for gamblers. Today they say that the US Congress passed the anti-online gambling forbidding law for the same reason that people are not profiting from millions of dollars spent daily.

The US Government says that banned online gambling to set American people free from a dangerous activity - because it can easily ruin a persondestroy families by causing gamblers lose all their money. However this will not affect the unlicensed traders, who are free to go on and trade papers, which are not on internet. It is possible that no one can remember now the reason, why large buildings have windows that can not be pulled up or opened: it was made on purpose to prevent all the day traders from plummeting to their death after losing all their money!

Day traders usually receive tips from a third party, and from time to time they simply guess at random. In the past all people were investing and making a lot of money, until the bubble burst and many were left with nothing but a pile of debts.

If online gamers are famous for one thing, it's holding an interest in what they do. It seems like nobody gambles on Internet on a consistent basis without studying the games they play, the strategies, the statistics and the art of gambling. As online players improve their skills, they play against others at a harder level in online casinos, but no beginner is forced into a poker room with professionals.

There are real people now live on online gambling. Amateur players earn up to $10,000 a month, and while still they do not form the major part, they are the best of the best. All these professionals are now officially out of work thanks to the new online gambling ban, and negative casinos review in the web. And gambling professionals are not the only people left aside. So many people in the whole world are losing their jobs due to cutbacks in the online gambling business.

If the US Government wants to save the people from loosing millions of dollars, so why do they still let the legalized form of gambling called online commerce break the lives of common people?
