Automation is a general term these days. A lot of corporations attempt to promote their solutions to the market. Usually they are very attractive and have a lot of positive characteristics, but it is only the first view. During the analysis of various personnel management software programs, I assumed that its utilizing has more shortcomings than advantages. There are some reasons why I do not utilize it.
Reason 1: It is not a freeware soft. Almost all obtainable employee management software is payware. In addition to starting fee, you must pay for maintenance, updates and support. Lot of people find that the advantages outweigh the expenses. Pay for the software just in case when you are sure that it will pay for itself, otherwise, look for the more appropriate solutions.
Reason 2: It is not so simply to use such programs, you will have to learn it. Human resource software is fairly complex to master. If you haven't got your own computer geek and you are not a geek yourself, be ready for nights of struggling with the software.
Reason 3: Not every worker is able to utilize this software. There is no greater negative incentive for people than studying the program that will control them. People dislike learning these things. They do not want to learn it, because you don't pay them for the time they spend on it.
Reason 4: Employee scheduler software distances you from your stuff. Managing your personnel in person, not from distance, you will do it better with assistance of your charismatic personality. You should realize that the automation will destroy the human relations. Workers are viewed as components of a bigger system. It might be nice for a traditional plant, but does not work for a today's competitive corporation that needs every bit of creativity it is able to press out of its employees.
Reason 5: That is too popular to be used. You can't get over your rivals until your program is better then their. Having got the same personnel as your competitors does not bring you any competitive advantage. Regardless of what soft do you utilize, it may not assist you to search for and involve the best experts which is more significant. Make the sudden actions if you want to succeed. Do not forget that computer and its software can not make decisions like man do.
Even such simple things as a shit of paper and a pencil can substitute many expensive software products. Investing funds into people you would have the more significant feedback.
