Any project coordinator works with four components: spending, timing, time and quality. Qualified PMs also attempt to make the organization of business processes more efficient. Look at any project and you will notice that it requires labour, money and machinery to deliver satisfactory results. You should know that there are a lot of things that are vital for efficient project management. A couple of them are listed in the next paragraph:

- Setting goals and conducting analysis.

- Handling risk. The majority of projects have a certain level of risk.

- Assigning and managing resources.

- Determining the results of the project.

- Controlling what is going on: assigning jobs, supervising the work-in-progress.

- Ensuring that the outcomes of the tasks are of satisfactory quality.

- Managing changes. Circumstances change. All tasks develop in time, so the factor of change has to be accounted for.

- Exchanging information with sponsors and participants of the project.

To manage projects effectively one have to handle a number of factors. You can look through a number of such factors below:
