Organize cloned files neat and run duplicate image files better

effective way to order your files is to create a folder structure that appropriate how one uses a computer. For example, you might have folders within My Pictures for:

- Finances: Files related to your customs

- School: Class

- Job: Your resume and other files

Not so expensive as buying a new HDD

Sooner or later everything comes to a limit. Your new hard drive is no exception. But before you buy yourself a new hard disk, it may be a good idea to make a bout of cleaning at your current memory disc and remove all duplicate files. Perhaps after a bout of cleaning the shortage of free space will not be as vexed. You should remember that after having downloaded much information from the Internet or duplicated it from one of folder to another, you get a big number of duplicate files left all around - duplicate. They are useless and just waste the space of your disk. It is better to remove duplicates periodically.
